At last SBTET heard our grievences and respond in positive way to some extent.   From this day onwards you can submit for fee payment upto 10 applications in one bunch.  This will applicable after 11-30 am approximately on this day.

Read the instructions carefully and follow strictly.  Last date for submission of applications without fine 11-01-12013 and submission at Hyderabad on or before 12-01-2013 by Type institutes' principals only.

  Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates to appear for Typewriting and Shorthand examinations to be conducted during Jan/Feb, 2013 

Instructions & guidelines  for filing of online application and mode of payment of examination fee will be informed separately by 20-12-2012.


COMMENCEMENT OF FILING OF ONLINE APPLICATION :   20-12-2012.

Up to 19th December, 2012 you should collect examination fee and required documents and prepare model applications of students.  From 20th December onwards website open to allow upload the applications.  In submitting applications some troubles faced by us in previous batch and all those are rectified now and simplify the procedure by SBTET.  After uploading the applications we save without confirmation and get printouts if required and edited for corrections.  After you satisfied the details are all correct and no corrections are there, then the application will be confirmed by enter  the mode of payment column and submitted before the stipulated time. After that   there is no chance to edit the application.

            February,2013 and  Time Table will be placed in sbtet website i.e.  http://sbtetap.gov.in and  
            Will be notified in all leading news papers in due course.

j)          Hall Tickets can be downloaded from the same website before 10 days of the commencement of examinations
    GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

A.         Recognised Typewriting Institutions are only permitted to upload applications of the candidates from  their institute.  The Principals of the institutions concerned should send the copies of uploaded online applications along with attested pre-requisite qualifications of the candidates and copy of the recognisted order/renewal copy (attested by a Gazetter Officer) for the current year of the respective institutions  recognised by the Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad so as to reach the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad before the stipulated last date of receiving the applications.
B.        All the candidates of a Typewriting Institution shall opt for only one examination centre such that all the candidates are covered in the same examination centre.
C.        The Principals of the institutions should ensure that they upload correct examination centre to all the candidates of his institutions as opted by him.
D.        Black & white photos and photos taken with wearing cap/cooling glass in different postures will not be accepted, since the purpose of clear identity gets defeated.
E.         The Principals of the Typewriting Institutes are advised to ensure placing of new typewriting ribbons to the machines during the examinations. Improper print of passage will be awarded zero marks.
F.         Necessary attested copies of educational qualifications of the candidates should also be enclosed to the applications.
G.        The Principals are advised to distribute the candidates equally, to the extent possible, among all the batches, if it is not done so, the Board will do it to avoid administrative inconvenience in conducting the examination.
H.         The Principals of the Institutes shall check up scrupulously  the name, father’s name and date of birth of the candidate mentioned in the application form as per SSC/Bonafied/Equivalent Certificates as the same are being incorporated in the original pass certificates of the candidate.
I.          If it is found that a Principal certified the candidature of an impostor, action will be initiated against the Principal.
J.         No candidate can appear for the same examination in different batches or for more than one grade of examination in the subject/language at the same time.  Such applications will be rejected and the candidate forfeits the fee paid and their performance will be cancelled.  Candidates once qualified are not permitted to appear for the same examination.  If any such case comes to the notice of the Board the examination already passed by him/her shall be cancelled and suitable action will be taken against the candidate.
K.        Batch change will not be permitted under any circumstances.
L.         The application of the candidates, who do not fulfil the conditions stipulated in the application form will be rejected. If by any chance, candidates who don’t possess requisite qualifications gets admitted and consequently appeared for the examination, the results of the examination of such candidates will be cancelled.  Similarly, if at any time, it is found that the certificate provided by the candidate and sought admission is bogus or tampered with, candidates concerned will be debarred from appearing for the Technical Examination besides the cancellation of the result.
M.        All the private candidates shall mention the Examination Centre where they would like to take up the Examination and should furnish her/his address with PIN code in block letters, as the Certificates in respect of successful candidates will be dispatched to their respective candidates only.
N.         The Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, A.P., reserves the right to cancel the result of any ineligible candidate who has been permitted to appear for the examination by oversight. The Secretary also reserves the right to cancel the performance of any candidate(s) if it is found that unfair means are adopted in the examination

     THE APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AS UNDER:
a.         The Typewriting Institute Principals are advised to submit Typewriting and Shorthand downloaded applications within the scheduled dates along with copies of pre-requisite attested qualification certificates arranged in proper order (Grade-wise, Language-wise and Batch-wise) together with a covering letter  and enclose online nominal role list so as to avoid delay in processing the scrutiny of applications.
b.         The applications completed in all respects and arranged as mentioned above should be sent in one bundle under named cover of Sri P.Ramulu, Deputy Secretary (TE), State Board of Technical Education and Training, 7th Floor, BRK Bhavan, Near : Tank bund Road, Hyderabad-500 063 before the last date of receipt of applications.
c.         The Nominal Rolls will be made available with the concerned Chief Superintendents and the Principals of type institutes can verify the same and bring any discrepancies to the notice of the Chief Superintendents.
d.         The Principals should ensure and satisfy themselves about the identity of the candidate. The Principals should not sponsor candidate to appear for exam in more than one batch in the same subject/ language/grade.
e.         The Principals are requested to co-operate with the Chief Superintendents in the maintenance of discipline in the examination centre.
f.          The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any centre notified due to administrative reasons        
             and re-allot the candidates to a nearby centre of examination.

For fresh and renewal recognitions notification released: 

RECOGNITION OF COMMERCIAL & TECHNICAL INSTITUTES  FOR THE YEAR 2013 & 14
Applications are invited in the prescribed form, which was supplied for earlier recognitions, from the Principals of Commercial and Technical Institutes in the State to seek –

i) 2-year block period recognition for 2013 and 2014 for the Institutes having 5 or more years of standing and in receipt of recognition orders for 5 years in favour of the same Principal.
ii) Yearly recognition for 2013 for the Institutes having less than 5 years standing, and fresh recognition for the newly established Institutes.
The Institutes which are recognized by the Commissionerate are only eligible to sponsor the candidates for the Typewriting and Shorthand Examinations conducted by the State Board of Technical Education & Training, A.P., Hyderabad. 

The fee towards 2-year block period recognition is Rs.500/- and Renewal/Fresh Recognition for one year is Rs.250/-. 
The penal fee for late submission of filled-in application is Rs.200/- (in addition to recognition fee). The fee should be remitted through Treasury Challan under the following Head of Account only on or after the date of issue of this notification.

             Technical Institutes for the year, 2010.”
                 (Under DDO Code – 25000 30 2003)

The Commercial and Technical Institutes having permanent recognition are also required to remit the recognition fee of Rs.250/- under the same Head of Account and send the original Challan along with the application in the prescribed form to this office on or before the dates given in this notification.
For seeking fresh recognition for the year, 2013, the Principal of the Institute should be qualified by Intermediate or its equivalent qualification, Typewriting/Shorthand Higher Grade in any language and should have (2) years of experience after passing Higher Grade Examination in Typewriting or Shorthand as the case may be. They should maintain a distance of at least one furlong from the recognized Institute existing, if any, in the area to avoid unhealthy competition. 

The last date for payment of recognition fee and submission of filled-in applications  is as follows:
i) Last date for receipt of filled-in applications … 05-09-2012
ii) Last date for receipt with penal fee … 12-09-2012

The filled in applications, with Treasury Challan, in original, and necessary enclosures shall be sent super- scribing on the cover “Application seeking recognition of Commercial and Technical Institutes” and addressed to the Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, 6th floor, D‟ Block, B.R.K.R. Bhavan, Tankbund Road, Hyderabad – 500 063. The applications should reach  on or before the dates stipulated above.

List of Recognised institutes    Application format     Login - follow the tips:-
1. Click on <list of Recognized Institutions> to know the centre_code of your Inst.  This    
    centre_code & Instt. code will be the institution user_id  for filing the online application.
2. All the institutions are requested to file the applications after login. For  login, click on
   <Login> it displays the screen:
    Now Enter the center_code /Institution_code (as mentioned in the <List of Recognized
    Institutions>) as  “Institution Login ID” and 123456 as password and a click on Login
   will  display the screen:Pl. enter the default password 123456 and enter the new
   password  as  desired. The password must be   10 characters. Now enter the
   New Password in the  cell,  Enter New Password and the same in the cell Confirm New
   Password.   Now click on   <Update Pwd> button.
3. Now the institute has to login into the institute account with the Login_id and new
    password. It displays the screen:
4. To file the application, click on <Online Application> (after login and it not shows the
    DD No. date and amount) it displays the screen: Enter the  data in all the fields. All the
    fields are mandatory except email_id and Phone No. The  size of the photo along with
    the signature should not exceed 40 KB and it must be of .jpg or  .png.  Pl. verify the
    data once again and click on <declaration> and another click on   submit button  will
    display the screen: The application will be generated with a  Unique_Reg_Id, which is 
    useful for printing of hall ticket before the examination and to edit the application in future.
5. If there is any entry error, by a click on edit application, the institution can modify the
    data. Pl. take the printout of application after modifications only.
6. A click on Report button will provide the details of applications filed by the institution.
Note: Please change the password immediately.
Don't be confused about on line method.   To create password and enter into our login ID is first step.  Then submit application through on line and get printout of one page then the remaining procedure of submission of applications alongwith DD is same as previously done.
Don't attach nominal rolls to the applications.  Applications alongwith educational qualifications xerox attested copies and DD with covering letter 2 copies are only submitted to SBTET.

Important:  At first you obtain an application by clicking on application format.  Take xerox copies and use those as application forms taking signatures of candidates after fixing black and white photograph. 
For online submission of applications use these filled in forms to complete the online applications by yourself of by net centres. Submit printouts only to SBTET.
After taking printouts taking the signature of candidate and attested by Principal on printouts.
After online submission of all the applications from your institute taking consolidated DD without fine before 10-7-2012 and with fine 13-7-2012.  Submit the applications alongwith  educational qualifications xerox copies and covering letter as previously done on or before 13-7-2012 to SBTET through post or in person at Hyderabad (as previously done) .
Please note the SBTET office from now onward is situated at BRK Bhavan, 7th floor not at Masab tank.
If you forget to take printout after submission of application & forget to note the Reg.no.- go to Report, note the Reg.No. and take printout.
