18-06-2012:TO USE THE ONLINE METHOD BY TYPE AND SHORT HAND INSTITUTIONS-- CERTAIN TIPS
To enter into application etc. click on the following link:
For filing online Application for Type Writing or Short Hand the institute has to type the
url:http://203.153.32.182/twsh  It will display the screen as follows:
Online application: for private candidates and it shows DD no.,Date & Amount
Print application: for Private students
Instructions: for candidates, for institutes and eligibility critiria - must read
List of Recognised institutes    Application format     Login - follow the tips:-
1. Click on <list of Recognized Institutions> to know the centre_code of your Inst.  This    
    centre_code & Instt. code will be the institution user_id  for filing the online application.
2. All the institutions are requested to file the applications after login. For  login, click on
   <Login> it displays the screen:
    Now Enter the center_code /Institution_code (as mentioned in the <List of Recognized
    Institutions>) as  “Institution Login ID” and 123456 as password and a click on Login
   will  display the screen:Pl. enter the default password 123456 and enter the new
   password  as  desired. The password must be   10 characters. Now enter the
   New Password in the  cell,  Enter New Password and the same in the cell Confirm New
   Password.   Now click on   <Update Pwd> button.
3. Now the institute has to login into the institute account with the Login_id and new
    password. It displays the screen:
4. To file the application, click on <Online Application> (after login and it not shows the
    DD No. date and amount) it displays the screen: Enter the  data in all the fields. All the
    fields are mandatory except email_id and Phone No. The  size of the photo along with
    the signature should not exceed 40 KB and it must be of .jpg or  .png.  Pl. verify the
    data once again and click on <declaration> and another click on   submit button  will
    display the screen: The application will be generated with a  Unique_Reg_Id, which is 
    useful for printing of hall ticket before the examination and to edit the application in future.
5. If there is any entry error, by a click on edit application, the institution can modify the
    data. Pl. take the printout of application after modifications only.
6. A click on Report button will provide the details of applications filed by the institution.
Note: Please change the password immediately.
Don't be confused about on line method.   To create password and enter into our login ID is first step.  Then submit application through on line and get printout of one page then the remaining procedure of submission of applications alongwith DD is same as previously done.
Don't attach nominal rolls to the applications.  Applications alongwith educational qualifications xerox attested copies and DD with covering letter 2 copies are only submitted to SBTET.

Important:  At first you obtain an application by clicking on application format.  Take xerox copies and use those as application forms taking signatures of candidates after fixing black and white photograph. 
For online submission of applications use these filled in forms to complete the online applications by yourself of by net centres. Submit printouts only to SBTET.
After taking printouts taking the signature of candidate and attested by Principal on printouts.
After online submission of all the applications from your institute taking consolidated DD without fine before 10-7-2012 and with fine 13-7-2012.  Submit the applications alongwith  educational qualifications xerox copies and covering letter as previously done on or before 13-7-2012 to SBTET through post or in person at Hyderabad (as previously done) .
Please note the SBTET office from now onward is situated at BRK Bhavan, 7th floor not at Masab tank.
If you forget to take printout after submission of application & forget to note the Reg.no.- go to Report, note the Reg.No. and take printout.
